Sim installation

 1.  To get started, activate your SIM card by call, chatting or emailing our customer service team with your unique 19 digit code on your SIM card.

2. Back-up your phone and turn it off.

This is important to prevent any damage to the phone or the SIM card during the insertion process.

3. Locate the SIM card tray and remove your existing SIM card.

The location of the SIM card tray will vary depending on your phone. Generally, it is located on the side or the top of the phone.

Use a SIM ejection tool to remove your existing SIM. If you do not have the SIM ejection tool that came with your phone, you may use a paperclip or the back of an earring. Press the ejection tool you're using into the pinhole in the SIM card tray until the tray pops open. Once the tray is open remove the existing SIM.

4. Insert your z1Wireless SIM card.

Once the SIM card tray is open, carefully place the SIM card into the tray. Make sure that the SIM card is oriented correctly, with the metal contacts facing down. Close the tray by gently pushing the SIM card tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

5. Turn on your phone, you’re ready to go!

Once you have inserted the SIM card and closed the tray, turn on your phone. It should detect the SIM card automatically, and you should be able to use your phone to make calls, send texts, and access the internet.
